PROHIBITION OF FORCED/BONDED/PRISON LABOUR & TRAFFICING HUMAN BEING

AIMS AND OBJECTS:- IN VIEW OF ARTICLE 3 OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA THE ESTABLISHMENT HAS ALSO CONSTITUTED OWN POLICY TO PREVENT FORCED LABOUR, BONDED LABOUR, PRISON LABOUR, INDETURE LABOUR AND ANY KIND LABOUR, WHICH OBSERVED VICTIMISE. THE RIGHT AND INTEREST SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST ANY HARASSMENT OF LABOUR.

WE PROHIBIT THE USE OF FORCED LABOUR, BONDED LABOUR & PRISON LABOUR WITHIN OUR COMPANY OR THOSE THAT SUPPLY TO OR SUB-CONTRACT FOR US. THIS INCLUDES SLAVERY AND ABDUCTION, MISUSE OF PUBLIC AND PRISON WORKS, FORCED RECRUITMENT, DEBT BONDAGE AND DOMESTIC WORKERS UNDER FORCED LABOUR SITUATIONS, CHILD LABOUR AND INTERNAL OR INTERNATIONAL TRAFFICKING.

“TRAFFIC IN HUMAN BEING AND BEGAR AND OTHER SIMILAR FORMS OF FORCED LABOUR ARE PROHIBITED AND ANY CONTRAVENTION OF THIS SHALL BE AN OFFENCE PUNISHABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW.”IT HAS PROVIDED UNDER ARTICLE 23 OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

IT IS THE DETERMINATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT THAT PROPER AND REASONABLE WORKING ATMOSPHERE SHALL BE PROVIDED TO EMPLOY AND NO ONE FEEL THAT HE WAS BEING VICTIMISE AND FORCIBILY WORK IS BEING GET DONE. THE RIGHT OF THE LABOUR SHALL BE ALWAYS PROCTECTED ANAINST UNDESIRABLE LABOUR/WORK.NO ANY PERSONAL IDENTITY SHALL BE STORED IN THE FACTRY. THE ETSABLISHMENT ALWAYS TRY AT THE LABLE BEST THAT THE HUMAN VALUES BE DEVLOPEVED AND SOCIAL DISCREPANCIES BE AVOIDED BY WHICH THE EVERY EMPLOYEE BE PROUD FOR BEING THE PART OF THE ESTABLISHMENT.

PROCEDURE:- ANY EFFORTS OF THIS VIEW SHALL NOT BE TAKEN PLACE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND SUCH ACTIVITIES SHALL ALWAYS BE DEEMED PUNISHABLE UNDER THE LAW APPLICABLE. THE SUPPLIERS/CONTACTORS SHALL SUBMIT SELF-DECLRATION THAT THEY SHALL NOT ENGAGE FORCED, BONDED, IMPERISSION LABOUR ETC. THE EMLPOYEES SHALL BE EMPLOYED OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL AND THEY ARE FREE TO GO AS THEY WISH. THEY HAVE ALSO RIGHT TO REFUSE TO WORK OVER TIME. THE SUPPLIER/CONTRACTORS ARE ALSO ADVISED NOT TO EMPLOY ABOVE TYPE WORKERS FAILING WHICH THE WORK SHALL BE STOPPED TO GET IT DONE WITH EMMIDIATE EFFECT. THE SUITABLE LEGAL ACTION SHALL ALSO BE INITIATED AGAINST THEM.THIS POLICY STRICTLY EVALUATE TIME TO TIME ALONGWITH THE HELP OF THE V.C. AND WE ARE HOPEFULL THAT IT WILL BE APRITIATED AND NECESSARY ASSISTANCE SHALL ALSO BE GIVIN TO IMPLEMENT.
